By accessing or using DreamFit ("DreamFit," "we," "us," or "our") websites, mobile applications, or related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

DreamFit provides fitness-related software and features that may include workout planning, exercise libraries, logging, analytics, and AI-assisted recommendations or insights based on information you provide or that we derive from your use of the Service.

The Service is intended for general fitness and wellness purposes. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee specific fitness outcomes.

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Have capacity to enter a binding agreement
• Not be barred from using the Service under applicable law
• Provide accurate account information and keep it current

Some features require an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your credentials
• Accept responsibility for activity under your account
• Notify us promptly of unauthorized use

Certain features may be free; others may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Prices, billing cycles, and taxes (if any) will be presented before you complete a purchase.

Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in accordance with the cancellation method we provide. Refunds, if any, are governed by the terms shown at checkout or in a separate refund policy we publish.

Physical activity risk: Exercise involves inherent risk. You voluntarily assume any risk of injury or loss arising from your use of the Service or activities you perform based on it.

AI outputs: AI-generated suggestions, plans, or text may be incorrect or incomplete. You are responsible for how you use such outputs and for judging what is safe and appropriate for you.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or to harm others
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems, data, or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service (including excessive automated access)
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service except as permitted by law
• Upload malware or content that infringes rights or is abusive

The Service, including software, branding, text, graphics, and other materials, is owned by DreamFit or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service as we allow, no rights are granted to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DreamFit and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or similar losses, arising from your use of the Service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service stops. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where preempted by applicable law. Disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, unless a different mandatory forum applies where you reside.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may require additional notice where required by law. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
